Personal Assistant
to provide first-class executive and administrative support to a senior Lead and the wider business team.
This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same -- perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of operations.
What You'll Do
You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations by:
Providing high-level PA support
- managing diaries, travel, and expenses for the Lead and wider team.
Coordinating operations
- managing meeting schedules and maintaining the team's "business rhythm."
Supporting onboarding
- ensuring new starters have everything they need to hit the ground running.
Managing resources
- maintaining SharePoint sites, distribution lists, and office supplies.
Handling visitor and security processes
- including site access, badges, and room bookings.
Driving engagement
- supporting recognition initiatives, internal communications, and events

Required skills, qualifications and experience
Proven experience as a
Personal Assistant
or in a similar executive support role.
Exceptional communication skills
, both written and verbal, with confidence liaising across all levels.
Strong
Microsoft Office skills
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with SAP, SharePoint, or Concur is a plus.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to
juggle multiple priorities
effectively.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for making things happen.
