We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive members. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities



Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to ensure smooth daily operations Handle correspondence via email, phone calls, and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organised records Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks and manage invoices or expense reports as required Organise travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for executives Maintain office supplies inventory and organise filing systems for easy retrieval of information Provide general administrative support including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Requirements



Proven administrative experience or office experience demonstrating organisational skills and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Good typing speed and proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephones Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a proactive approach to tasks Previous clerical experience or familiarity with office procedures is advantageous

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 2 weeks

Pay: 14.00-18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 6 per week
