We are on an exciting growth trajectory and seeking an ambitious and adaptable Personal Assistant to assist the Director while also contributing to sales and marketing efforts.

We are seeking a proactive, organised, and sales-minded Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Director with day-to-day administrative tasks and to assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly efficient, flexible, and have a strong interest in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
General PA Responsibilities:
Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
Ensure smooth communication between the Director and the team, clients, and partners.
Sales and Marketing Support:
Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to promote the fintech solutions and platforms.
Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals for potential clients and partners.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and competitors.
Support social media campaigns and digital marketing efforts.
Coordinate and track leads, sales prospects, and client communications.
Assist in organising webinars, events, and product demonstrations.
Help maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Analyse sales data and generate reports for the Director and sales team.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong sales and marketing knowledge, preferably in a tech or fintech environment.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to work independently, showing initiative and problem-solving skills.
A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for supporting business growth and success.
Knowledge of the hospitality industry and fintech is a plus but not essential.
