Personal Assistant Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Personal Assistant Manager with great caring and leading skills, a drive to help someone have a great life, commitment, resilience, good computer skills and a focus on great outcomes. A driver is essential.

This is to support a young adult who has his own team of PA's so we are looking for a Manager to support the team for 20 hours per week, but more hours can be given as a leader (different salary) - he lives in his own home in the Stanford-le-hope area. He has autism, a learning disability and uses a wheelchair. He needs assistance and support and will also need help with personal care.

Good Rate of Pay (see below).

The young man loves going out for short drives, music, family time, hanging out in his house and likes being out and about. He enjoys bowling, the sea life centre, parks, Lakeside and the Zoo - but sometimes also likes to spend time at home. He enjoys listening to his music and watching videos with his PA's.

His support is person centred and led with his loving parents to give him a brilliant and happy life. You need to be fun loving and energetic with creative communication in a person centred way.

Driving is mandatory.

Experience in leading skills is absolutely necessary

Salary: 17.00 as manager (different as a leader)
