Ormerod Rutter is a well-established local brand based in Worcestershire and we are seeking a highly efficient and organised Personal Assistant to work with one of our Partners.
This role would be ideal for a candidate who is business minded and proactive. You will be passionate and approachable with a willingness to provide operational and strategic support. You will need to demonstrate the ability to work in a busy environment while maintaining a professional approach. It is important that you can be calm and friendly under pressure and understand what it takes to provide an exceptional outstanding service.
Duties will include:
Proactive management of Partner's workloads to ensure the efficient running of their working week
Diary management - having full control of the Partner's diaries, arranging appointments, meetings, booking meeting rooms, travel arrangements
Collating and producing reports for both client and internal meetings, drafting agendas, collating meeting packs
Dealing effectively with clients' and contacts' queries, telephone calls, specifically ensuring that messages are taken clearly and efficiently and responded to in a timely manner
Document Management and liaising with colleagues across the business and maintenance of the Practices client relationship management information systems
Liaising with management at all levels
Assisting with all administrative tasks, e.g., billing reviews, client engagement and on-boarding procedures, timesheets, expenses, and scanning
The successful candidate for this role will:
Have experience as a Personal Assistant within an Accountancy Practice or Professional Services environment
Have excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) including Canva and efficient in social media platforms.
Be able to meet deadlines set and have the ability to successfully prioritise
Be able to plan and organise efficiently, dealing with any problems or queries that may arise
Be a strong team player
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients on a daily basis
