Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate should be highly organised, efficient, and able to handle a variety of tasks. Duties: - Perform clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry - Manage office correspondence and communications - Answer and screen phone calls with professionalism and courtesy - Proficient in using Google Suite for scheduling and document management - Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial tasks - Maintain an organised filing system for documents and records - Assist in typing and preparing documents as needed - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office Experience: - Previous experience in an administrative or office role is desirable - Strong organisational skills with attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their administrative skills in a dynamic work environment.
