The Role:
We seek an organised, enthusiastic, and professional Brokerage Admin who will also perform VIP Concierge and Personal Assistant duties. The successful candidate will be crucial in supporting our dynamic operations, engaging directly with members, and hosting VIP events.

Liaise with franchisees
Follow up franchise leads with the Managing Director
Plan, Run and attend physical tradeshow events
Plan and manage company competitions, incentives and prizes
Plan member events, networking and hospitality events
PA duties for?the Director
Assisting in various client entertainments
Look after?the Director's?emails and diary, and personal affairs
Make tea and coffee, organising buffets/lunches, and welcome visitors
Ensure the office is presentable for guests
Stationery?and office supply levels checked and maintained
Organising postage and courier, where appropriate
Take minutes and notes at directors and staff weekly/ad-hoc meetings
Manage daily and weekly member communications, ensuring timely and effective correspondence.
Generate and analyse regular marketing and meta-reporting to support strategic business decisions.
Act as the first point of contact for VIP members, delivering outstanding concierge services.
Assist in planning, organising, and hosting exclusive VIP events, including travel coordination.
Travel domestically and internationally to support VIP trips and business events.
About You:
Proven experience in administration, executive assistance, or concierge services.
Excellent organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask effectively and handle diverse responsibilities.
Professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships at all levels.
Comfortable with occasional domestic and international travel.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital platforms for reporting.
