Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This role requires proficiency in data entry, excellent phone etiquette, and familiarity with various office software. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining an efficient work environment and facilitating communication within the organisation. The successful candidate will be required to work independently from our designated home/office space with on-site parking available. Full time hours will be Monday-Friday 9-3 with flexibility for part time hours.

Responsibilities



Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism. Organise and maintain office files and documentation for easy retrieval. Coordinate schedules and appointments for staff members. Liaise with clients and team members giving live updates throughout the day. Submit quotations for upcoming projects and follow up when required. Handle clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Support financial operations by managing invoices and basic bookkeeping. Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organised at all times.

Qualifications



Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy. Strong knowledge of basic windows applications. Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
