We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team in Carlisle. This newly created role offers a blend of traditional responsibilities and the opportunity to support the local directors.

The duties will evolve with the growth of the business and will include:

Key Responsibilities:



Personal Assistant Duties:



Calendar & Travel Management: Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and organise events. Email and Communication Management: Read, monitor, and respond to the manager's emails, ensuring timely communication. Drafting Correspondence: Prepare initial drafts of correspondence on behalf of the Directors/Management. Meeting Preparation. Organising materials, agendas, and logistics for meetings and presentations. Document Management: Maintaining files, records, and confidential documents efficiently. Maintaining to-do list for the Directors to ensure work is prioritised and finished Event Organisation
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Proficient in Office; familiarity with other office software is advantageous. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently. Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information Networking: Cultivate connections within and outside the organisation. Project Management: Experience in coordinating and managing projects or events, especially those related to executive support or office operations. Crisis Management: Ability to handle urgent situations, crises, or sensitive matters with composure and efficiency.

Pay: 23,000.00-24,100.00 per year
