About this opportunity:



As Personal Assistant, your responsibilities will include managing the office and being the first point of contact for the CCDO Director, dealing with colleagues and senior leaders at all levels, both internal and external to the bank. You'll be required to provide full secretarial and administrative support; ensuring the highest levels of speed, accuracy and decision-making are maintained at all times to manage the Director's demanding workload.


We're looking for an exceptionally organised, reliable and proactive individual who can prioritise their own workload and work well under pressure whilst maintaining their attention to detail. An ability to forward plan to ensure effective use of their and the Directors time to maximise their contribution to the management and development of the Group.


What you'll be doing:



Diary & Inbox Management


Coordinate the CCDO Director's complex diary, planning and prioritising a fast-paced schedule. Proactively manage correspondence and incoming queries, using judgement to determine priorities and actions. Meeting & Office Coordination


Work in close partnership with the Executive Assistant (EA) to effectively manage the CCDO Director 's office, ensuring continuous alignment with CCDO's priorities. Prepare and collate all required papers and documents ahead of meetings, including agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up actions, liaising with other colleagues and teams where necessary. Prepare and coordinate papers for Exe cutive Committees, Boards, and other strategic meetings, ensuring materials are impactful and actions are tracked. Collaborate with the EA to coordinate leadership team meetings, offsites, and whole team events, including venue sourcing and budget management. Team & Collaborator Engagement


Cultivate positive relationships with CCDO Director 's leadership team, the broader CCDO team, and other executive offices and collaborators throughout the Group. Foster a collaborative environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication across all levels. Co-ordinate, support and manage internal and external events, working closely with CCDO Director 's team. Administration & Record-Keeping


Undertake a wide range of support activities, including expenses, invoices, delegated authorities, approvals, filing, and resolving IT issues. Maintain top standards of record-keeping, aligning with Group policies and risk management requirements. Ensure the flawless execution of all administrative tasks, supporting the overall efficiency of the CCDO office. Travel & Logistics


Arrange travel requirements for CCDO Director and the team, adhering to policy and budget, and adjusting plans as needed. Ensure that travel arrangements are completed flawlessly, with a focus on cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

What you'll need:



Extensive PA experience at senior leadership level, ideally supporting executives within financial services. Strong understanding of the business landscape, including regulatory frameworks, governance structures, and business unit operations. Advanced partner management skills, with the ability to liaise confidently across executive teams and other internal and external partners. Experience handling complex work as well as confidential and sensitive information, with good judgement and a high level of discretion. Able to take initiative, be forward-thinking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of working to tight, dynamic timescales.
