An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Cambridgeshire's Chief Officer Team as Personal Assistant to the CFO and Director of Resources, providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to assist with their local, regional and national policing commitments.


The CFO and Director of Resource's portfolio includes:

Finance Estates Insurance Collaborated Services in Fleet Management, Payroll, Uniform Stores and Procurement National and Regional commitments

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy office, good all round IT experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to successfully organise and prioritise work are essential. You will have the ability to remain calm under pressure and an awareness and understanding of confidentiality relating to all types of information. Diary management is key for this role and previous experience of managing a busy diary is essential. The CFO and Director of Finance chairs several Boards for which the role will support through managing agendas and papers, production of minutes and tracking actions.


The ideal candidate will have experience working at a senior secretarial level and working under their own initiative.
