Job Title: Personal Assistant and Content Coordinator

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time

Pay: 14.00 per hour

Location: Edinburgh

Holidays: 28 days (inclusive of national holidays, pro rata if part-time)

Pension: Standard workplace pension

A serial entrepreneur with several Edinburgh-based businesses is looking for an organised, reliable and creative person to support day-to-day operations and produce social media content for Society Bar and Kitchen. This is a varied, early-career role offering real responsibility and room to grow.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, likes being proactive and wants a role that can develop into marketing, operations or management pathways.

About the role:

Personal Assistant duties

Organising schedules, emails and follow-ups Drafting short documents and messages Coordinating tasks across multiple projects General admin and organisation support
Content Creation for Society Bar and Kitchen

Filming short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Stories) Editing videos using a phone or simple editing apps Posting updates and behind-the-scenes content Helping plan weekly content ideas Capturing natural, in-the-moment content within the restaurant
Working hours:

Part-time or full-time available Working day length between 5 and 8 hours, agreed with the candidate 4 or 5 working days per week Unpaid break Hours and days can be adapted to suit individual circumstances
Pay and benefits:

14.00 per hour 28 days holiday inclusive of public holidays (pro rata if part-time) Standard workplace pension Monthly pay Opportunities to progress into larger roles across multiple businesses
