Are you a highly organised, proactive professional with a passion for supporting senior leaders and driving impactful projects? Do you thrive in fast paced environments and enjoy building relationships across complex stakeholder landscapes?

We're looking for an Executive Project Support / Personal Assistant to join the Technical Directorate at Sizewell C. This is a unique opportunity to provide high level PA support while also contributing to the delivery of strategic initiatives across one of the UK's most exciting infrastructure projects.

Why Join Sizewell C?

Sizewell C is more than just a nuclear power station, it's a once in a generation project that will power millions of homes, create thousands of jobs, and help Britain achieve net zero. As part of our team, you'll be contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable future while working in a collaborative, forward thinking environment.

Why This Role?

This is your chance to work at the heart of a major national project, supporting senior leaders and shaping how a key directorate operates. You'll gain exposure to high level decision making, build a strong professional network, and play a vital role in delivering a project that matters.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing professional administrative support to senior leaders within the Technical Directorate. Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics. Organising domestic and international travel, accommodation, and transport. Drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations. Supporting team development and helping shape the identity and culture of the Technical Directorate. Facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, investors, and cross-functional teams. Assisting with the delivery of team meetings, presentations, and communication plans.

What We're Looking For:

Experience as a PA, EA, or in a project support role is desirable but not essential (project management/related experience also considered). Experience in large scale infrastructure or engineering projects (e.g. HPC, HS2, Tideway) is highly desirable but not essential. Super organised, self motivated, and confident working independently. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Information

--------------------------

Join the team at Sizewell C. The power of good for Britain.

It's not every day you get the opportunity to shape the working culture of what will be one of Europe's largest construction projects, while also helping Britain to reach its target of Net Zero emissions by 2050. That's one of the reasons Sizewell C will be unlike anything you've ever experienced before, and you'll need to be an exceptional professional to reach the high standards this critical infrastructure project demands.

The UK is experiencing a nuclear renaissance and Sizewell C - along with its sister project at Hinkley Point C in Somerset - is powering the change. We're ramping up at pace as we look ahead to the Financial Investment Decision in early 2025, and the start of construction soon after. With government fully on board and public opinion shifting significantly in favour of nuclear, there's never been a better time to join our project.

By submitting an application to this role, you acknowledge that you have read and understood Sizewell C's employee privacy policy and EDF's employee privacy policy. Just to let you know, EDF will be processing and sharing information about your application on behalf of Sizewell C.
