We're looking for an experienced, adaptable

Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant

to support the CEO across a mix of business, communications, and operational responsibilities.

This is a hands-on, trusted role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

You'll be joining a small but ambitious organisation that combines creativity, structure, and technology to deliver exceptional work. The role suits someone who is highly organised, confident in communication, and comfortable using modern tools such as

to work more efficiently.

This position begins part-time, ideal for someone balancing school-run commitments (09:30-14:00, Monday-Friday), or moving from the city back into the home counties - with the potential to grow into a full-time role as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities



Executive Support



Manage and prioritise the CEO's calendar, meetings, and communications. Handle inbox management and act as a professional gatekeeper. Track actions, chase updates, and ensure tasks stay on schedule.

Communication & Coordination



Draft or respond to internal and client communications on behalf of the CEO. Support internal updates, announcements, and documentation. Liaise with clients and suppliers, maintaining a warm and professional tone.

Operational & Administrative Support



Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing notes. Coordinate travel, expenses, and meeting logistics. Support multiple projects or companies under the CEO's umbrella. Maintain organised records, contact lists, and digital filing systems.

Marketing & Digital Support



Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, social content, or CRM messages. Assist with research, event preparation, and light project management.

Continuous Improvement



Help identify ways to streamline workflows using automation or AI tools. Maintain confidentiality and handle information with discretion.

About You



You'll excel in this role if you're:

Requirements



Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Proficient in

Google Workspace

and

Microsoft Office

. Experience managing email inboxes and scheduling at director level. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong attention to detail and initiative. Right to work in the UK.

Schedule



Part-time:

09:30 - 14:00, Monday to Thursday (Friday OFF)

Potential to expand to full-time in future. Office-based (Reigate, Surrey)*

Pay



14 - 16 per hour

, equivalent to

27,000 - 32,000 FTE

, depending on experience.
