Key Responsibilities:
1. Logistics Management: Coordinate and arrange daily logistical tasks for both the
company and individual needs, such as travel arrangements, purchasing, and general
administrative support. 2. Personal Assistant Support: Provide personal assistant services based on the senior management's schedule, including hosting visitors, arranging meetings, and managing daily affairs.
3. Property Management: Assist in managing and maintaining company and personalproperties, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of facilities and repairs. Requirements:
1. Positive attitude, helpful, and willing to work hard; able to handle workpressure effectively.
2.Quick and effective execution of tasks, with the ability to accomplish work in ashort period of time.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectivelywith both internal teams and external stakeholders.
4.Physically fit and able to manage tasks that may require physical effort.
5. Able to work flexible hours depending on senior management'sschedule. Specific working days and arrangements will be adjusted based on actual needs.
6.Basic knowledge of property management, able toassist with daily maintenance and issue resolution is a plus.
