Position

We're looking for an exceptional

Personal Assistant

to support our Board of Directors and help us deliver on our mission to be A Cut Above. This is a role where you'll help manage critical business priorities for our Executive team and streamline operations.



Key responsibilities include:



Managing complex diaries, travel arrangements, and inboxes for senior leaders.


Preparing meeting materials, draft documents, and track action points.


Coordinating events, projects, and logistics with precision.


Processing expenses and invoices accurately and on time.


Providing basic IT support and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership.


Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.


Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Strong communication skills and discretion.


Proficiency in MS Office packages and basic IT troubleshooting.
