We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a busy household and entrepreneurial lifestyle. This role combines hands-on domestic assistance with financial coordination, including budgeting, cashflow tracking, and lifestyle logistics. You'll be the right hand in maintaining order, comfort, and efficiency across personal and professional domains.
Key Responsibilities
Household Support
Light housekeeping: tidying, laundry, occasional meal prep
Grocery shopping and errands
Scheduling home maintenance and managing tradespeople
Organizing household supplies and inventory
Pet care and family calendar coordination
Financial & Administrative Support
Track household and business expenses
Assist with budgeting and monthly cashflow reports
Organize receipts, invoices, and bank statements
Liaise with accountants or bookkeepers
Monitor subscriptions, renewals, and cost-saving opportunities
Lifestyle & Logistics
Travel planning and itinerary coordination
Online shopping and returns
Gift sourcing and event prep
Social media scheduling or content support (optional)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 13,000.00-25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
