Exciting Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide practical and personal support to our elderly clients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with shopping, appointments, and other errands, as well as household tasks. You will help clients engage in their interests and maintain their normal routines, enhancing their quality of life and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, with a strong focus on household tasks, including cleaning. Help clients engage in their interests and routines, such as: shopping and attending social events Maintaining communication with family and friends

Qualifications:

Experienced driver with reliable vehicle and carer's insurance A caring and compassionate attitude towards the elderly. Previous experience in home care and personal care or a similar role is necessary. Experience with household cleaning tasks. Relevant care certificates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
