Job Overview:



The Personal Assistant (PA) will be a vital right-hand support to the Director, handling a range of executive, administrative, and personal tasks. You will ensure the smooth operation of the Director's day-to-day activities, enabling them to focus on strategic leadership and business development.

Key Responsibilities:



Diary and Calendar Management:

Organize and maintain the Director's schedule, appointments, and meetings (internal and external).

Travel Arrangements:

Coordinate travel, accommodation, and itinerary planning for both professional and personal engagements.

Communication Handling:

Act as a gatekeeper for emails, calls, and correspondence; draft communications and responses where appropriate.

Meeting Coordination:

Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points from leadership and business meetings.

Project Support:

Assist with research, reporting, and documentation for business development, marketing, and new initiatives.

Office and Admin Support:

Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.

Confidential Tasks:

Manage confidential matters with discretion, including personal errands and tasks as required.

Event Coordination:

Support in organizing team events, marketing shoots, and industry appearances for the Director.

Skills and Experience:



Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, and digital scheduling tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently. High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. Experience in healthcare, dental, or aesthetic industries is a plus, but not required.
