Duties
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records.
Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft 365
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
Support financial record-keeping using needed.
Collaborate with team members to facilitate project management and coordination.
Skills
Strong clerical skills with proficiency in data entry and document management.
Excellent organisational abilities to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficient in administrative functions, including scheduling and correspondence management.
Familiarity with (not mandatory) for basic financial tracking is advantageous.
Competence in Microsoft 365/ Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) for efficient task execution.
Strong phone etiquette to handle communications professionally.
