Thought Machine is looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) who will support executives in London. The successful candidate will be an ambitious, strong communicator and a driven individual who can demonstrate commitment and a get-it-done attitude.

Duties



Be a point of contact among executives, clients, and other external partners Organise and schedule meetings Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and accommodation Manage the calendars and schedules of senior management Liaise with clients and business guests Liaise with other staff members on behalf of senior management Perform administrative tasks for the executive team Assist with the planning and organisation of department offsites and training events


Requirements



Essential

3+ years experience working as an Personal Assistant to multiple stakeholders Exceptional organisational skills, time management, and the ability to effectively engage and liaise with senior stakeholders Able to work in an environment which is fast paced and subject to frequent change; attention to detail is essential together with the capability to learn quickly Excellent skills in document, slide and spreadsheet management including the Google productivity suite To be forward-thinking, proactive and the ability to adapt to all situations To maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues in a discreet manner Confident decision maker and able to show good initiative Resilient with a flexible attitude Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with other colleagues
