to support the owner of a growing sports and events business based in South East London.
This is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day operations across football clubs, events, facilities bookings, and general business admin. You'll be helping keep things moving, organised, and on track.
Key responsibilities:
Diary and calendar management
Email handling and follow-ups
Booking management (venues, sessions, events)
Basic admin and document management
Invoicing support and record keeping
Liaising with coaches, parents, venues, and suppliers
Chasing actions and keeping projects on track
Requirements:
Strong organisation and time-management skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Confident using email, spreadsheets, and basic systems
Able to work independently and prioritise tasks
Discretion and reliability essential
Experience in admin / PA / operations preferred
