Duties
Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for the executive or individual being assisted.
Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organised records.
Liaise with local councils regarding housing matters.
Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Organise and schedule cleaners.
Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all logistical details are arranged.
Maintain an organised office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
Provide administrative support as needed, adapting to the evolving needs of the role.
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Outlook) for document creation and management.
Strong clerical skills with a focus on accuracy in data entry.
Exceptional organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Strong administrative skills to support various office functions.
Ability to type quickly and accurately to assist with documentation needs.
