As our team expands, we're looking for a highly capable, proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO and COO. This is a fast-paced, trusted role at the heart of the business, ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, discretion, and anticipating what's needed before being asked.

You will also play a key role in office management, including responsibility for health and safety administration, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently day to day.

Core Responsibilities



Executive Support

Act as a central communication hub, screening and directing calls, managing inboxes, and serving as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Full calendar and diary management, scheduling meetings, appointments, and ensuring the CEO and COO are fully prepared for all engagements. Arrange travel and logistics, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and detailed itineraries. Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence; take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on actions.
Office Management & Administration

Oversee day-to-day office administration, including filing systems, databases, supplies, and post. Take ownership of office management, ensuring a well-organised, professional working environment. Manage health and safety administration, including policies, records, risk assessments, and compliance documentation. Liaise with suppliers, landlords, and service providers as required.
Events & Coordination

Plan and organise internal and external meetings, company events, and occasional social activities. Personal Support Provide ad hoc personal assistance as required, including managing personal appointments, running errands, or handling confidential matters.

Key Skills & Attributes



Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills with strong attention to detail. High levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism. Excellent time management with the ability to multitask under pressure. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs in a dynamic environment. Confident working with senior stakeholders and handling sensitive information.
