Are you ready to kickstart your career in a supportive and dynamic environment? We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Entry-mid Level Personal Assistant to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in all aspects of the administrative profession, and effect change in a fast-growing SME.

You will be supported by the Lead Executive Assistant to the CEO.?For the right person, you will be the right hand to our Senior Leadership Team and take on special projects to effect real change and help shape the company culture.

We are open to someone who is just starting out in their career or someone operating around mid-level for this role.

Duties



Providing general administrative support to the EA and the Senior Team Managing and organising diaries, scheduling meetings and booking meeting rooms. Assisting with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports. Maintaining office supplies and ensuring the office environment is tidy and well-organised. Overseeing set up for customer meetings. Updating and maintaining SharePoint sites and records. Assisting with basic financial administration, such as processing invoices and expenses (with training). Supporting teams with projects and initiatives as required. Be a trusted colleague who can build relationships across departments Be our social captain. Create, manage and maintain a calendar of team activities, annual events and micro learnings for our teams. Learning and adapting to new systems and technologies. Becoming the company travel booking system super user (training will be given)

Job Specific Skills Required



Essential



Enthusiasm and a genuine willingness to learn and develop new skills. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail - you're someone who likes to keep things in order! Strong communication skills Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). A proactive and can-do attitude - you're not afraid to take initiative and help-out where needed. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

Desirable



An interest in AI and new software to increase productivity (desirable) The ability to be agile, pivot and prioritise Comfortable with change A relationship builder Experience with social media management

Qualifications



Essential



Higher grades (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C

Desirable



Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or relevant experience in this field.
