We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Directors within DPG, an owner-managed business operating KFC restaurants alongside hotel and property interests. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage both business and personal priorities effectively.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Directors' schedules, administration, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
Manage diaries, meetings, and appointments for the Directors
Arrange travel, accommodation, and transport
Prepare, organise, and file documents, reports, and presentations (using OneDrive)
Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Support the smooth running of office facilities and greet visitors
Personal Assistance
Support with personal administration such as appointments, vehicle tax, visas, and insurance
Collate and check credit card bills and invoices across properties
Assist with ad-hoc personal tasks and errands as required
Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Business & Operational Support
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action logs
Conduct research (e.g. market rents, supplier information) and compile data
Liaise with franchisors, property agents, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Support basic project coordination across the business
Manage Filling electronically on Key documents and emails in Outlook.
Organisation & Time Management
Prioritise multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines
Track key dates, meetings, and deliverables
Anticipate Directors' needs and act proactively
Manage the Directors post and filling needs.
Communication & Relationships
Act as a key point of contact between Directors and internal/external partners
Build and maintain positive, professional relationships
Communicate clearly and accurately on behalf of the business
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Degree preferred but not essential
