Job Description

Signs Base is currently looking to offer a position in our office team to a motivated individual who wishes to grow within a rapidly expanding sign and graphics company.



This full-time, permanent role is based in our Slough Office, located on Slough Trading Estate.



A willingness to learn, good time management and being part of our hardworking and united team is a necessity. Your Responsibilities



Answer incoming calls and emails, directing them to the right team members Manage office supplies and general stock ordering Assist with scheduling, job tracking, and admin-related project management Keep databases and customer records up to date Support the wider team with day-to-day administrative duties Welcome clients and visitors when needed Assist with HR, Health & Safety, and internal communication processes under supervision

Essential Skills



Signage or print-related industry experience is beneficial Previous experience in an administrative role Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail Organised with a proactive and positive attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
