, working alongside our existing PA. Together, you'll provide vital support across our busy
clinic salon
and help oversee the smooth running of staff and daily operations - with some involvement in our
bistro
area too.
This is a varied and rewarding front-of-house role based on site, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being at the heart of multiple growing businesses.
What You'll Do
Work closely with our existing PA to share and support her responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day management of clinic salon operations and staff coordination
Help with front-of-house duties, ensuring smooth customer experience across the building
Support admin, scheduling, and communication for both the clinic salon and bistro
Handle general business organisation tasks -- emails, diary management, ordering, etc
Contribute to projects that help grow and develop both sides of the business
Contribute to marketing and events
About You
Friendly, professional, and adaptable
Highly organised with excellent multitasking skills
Confident working both independently and collaboratively
Strong communication and IT skills
Experience in administration, hospitality, or similar customer-facing roles is a bonus
Have experience with social media and marketing
