I run Heath Media, the UK's fastest-growing Meta ads agency with over $200M in ad spend to date.
I'm building a business empire, but I'm also building a life.

What You'll Be Doing:
My personal life
: Booking holidays, ordering gifts, checking me into flights, managing family travel, returns, errands, home admin, etc. You run my life, so I don't have to.
Inbox & calendar
: Total ownership. You make sure everything's replied to, scheduled, followed up, and handled.
Hiring & interviews
: Managing the flow of new talent, scheduling interviews, keeping everything moving.
Office ops
: Insurance. Printer ink. Supplies. Return-to-works. Making sure the small things never become big things.
Finance / data support
: Light-touch billing, invoicing, chasing, spreadsheet updates and admin.
General business admin
: From customer service to data input. You'll help our leadership team with any admin tasks so we can move faster.
Everything else:
You'll handle any reasonable request that helps me or the business move forward
