Job description


We are looking for a Personal Assistant that will support our Chief Officer of the Special Constabulary (volunteer police officers)



You will support our Chief Officer in the management and communication of key operational activities.


You will support meetings by taking meetings; prepare reports for stakeholders; support new Special constables joining the organisation and assist with awards evenings and community policing events.



You will need strong organisational and time management skills and experience using the Microsoft Office suite. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a personal assistant or project coordination role. Knowledge of policing or the Special Constabulary would be helpful but is not essential.



You will need to be flexible and able to commit to occasional evening or weekend work. This post requires a commitment of 4-6 hours per week and will be hybrid working with a base in Winsford headquarters. You will be entitled to claim travel expenses for this role and will be given a full induction to the organisation.
