We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to Director.
In this role, you will provide essential support to both our Managing Director and our property management team assisting with administrative tasks and special projects.
Location:
Role will be based in Baldock, Hertfordshire.
On-site Hours:
Monday to Fridays, 15 per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing email inbox, calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials for internal and external meetings.
Conduct research and compile data for various projects and presentations.
Act as a liaison between the Managing Director & external business contacts, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Assist with financial tasks, such as maintaining payment records and invoicing.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction or property administration would be an advantage.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in a professional and friendly manner.
Proficiency in Google Suite is essential (Docs, Sheets, Mail, Drive)
Ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively in a team.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Full UK Driving Licence - Essential to attend meetings & visit multiple sites as required.
