Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Directors in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the professional image of the organisation while providing comprehensive support to the Director.

Responsibilities



Manage and organise the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring all commitments are scheduled effectively Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, screening and directing enquiries as appropriate Assist with data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and filing systems Manage travel arrangements and organise logistics for meetings or events Utilise QuickBooks for basic financial record keeping and expense management Perform general administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, and organising documents Liaise with internal teams and external contacts professionally to facilitate smooth communication flow Support the Director with special projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and discretion

Qualifications



Proven administrative experience or office experience demonstrating organisational skills and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Good phone etiquette and communication skills Clerical experience preferred but not essential; a proactive attitude is key Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst maintaining attention to detail Construction experience recommended but not essential.

Pay: 24,420.00-35,347.21 per year
