We are looking for :

Personal Assistant to the Principalship

Salary 28,786 - 30,690 per annum plus great benefits

We are looking for a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Principalship. The successful candidate will provide high level administrative support to members of the senior leadership team.

The role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentially.

You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.

With proven experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives or leadership teams you will demonstrate great attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

Able to work independently or as part of a team you will show the flexibility and adaptability required to work in a fast-paced environment maintaining a professional demeanour and positive attitude.

Interviews for this position will be held end July/beginning of August
