PA to the Sales Director
to support and drive sales and marketing initiatives at the frontline of our growth.
The Role:
This is not a traditional PA role. We're looking for someone with a
strong sales mindset
, who can confidently support the Sales Director in growing the business through
appointment setting, lead generation, proposal follow-up, and contract negotiation support
. You'll also get involved in
staff training, basic operational tasks
, and
marketing coordination
, making this a varied and rewarding opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Appointment Setting:
Book and manage meetings, discovery calls, and follow-ups with prospects and clients
Build pipelines using CRM tools and assist with lead tracking and conversion
Assist in preparing proposals and support negotiation phases
Business Growth Assistance:
Help identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth strategy execution
Support onboarding of new clients and contracts
Coordinate follow-ups and maintain strong communication with leads
Basic Marketing & Social Media:
Create and schedule social media content aligned with sales campaigns
Assist with basic marketing materials (Canva, email campaigns, etc.)
Track engagement and support content performance reporting
Operational Support:
Help coordinate staff schedules, training plans, and site visits
Maintain internal documentation and assist with basic HR admin
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of staff and clients
Executive PA Duties:
Manage the Sales Director's calendar and communications
Take notes during sales meetings and ensure action points are followed up
Handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a sales support, marketing, or PA role
Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
Strong organisational and time management skills
Good understanding of CRM systems and social media platforms
Competency in basic marketing tools (e.g. Canva, Mailchimp, LinkedIn)
A fast learner with commercial awareness and business curiosity
Comfortable working in a startup-style environment where initiative is valued
