About the Role



on behalf of a an ambitious community focused organisation, we are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and dynamic Personal Assistant (PA) to the Chief Executive to provide comprehensive executive and administrative support across multiple brands and initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional PA duties -- The successful candidate will play a central role in supporting the CEO's leadership of multiple organisations and initiatives, as well as her personal brand. You will manage communications, coordinate workflows, support marketing and business development processes, and ensure the CEO's time and priorities are effectively managed. This is a diverse and fast-paced role requiring professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities



Executive & Personal Support

Manage the CEO's diary, schedule meetings, and provide timely reminders. Coordinate travel, accommodation, and event bookings (including holidays and speaking engagements). Act as first point of contact, representing the CEO in communications with external stakeholders, partners, and clients. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Provide personal support as required to help manage the CEO's life and commitments.
Communication & Workflow Management

Monitor and respond to incoming communication across multiple channels: - Email- Phone calls and WhatsApp messages- Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms Prioritise and filter communications, ensuring urgent matters are flagged and addressed. Liaise with caseworkers, track delegated tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.Marketing & Social Media Coordination Ensure enquiries, leads, and opportunities from social media are captured and passed to marketing/sales teams. Support the CEO in posting or sharing prepared content. Monitor engagement and ensure timely responses to messages. Liaise with marketing and sales teams to keep campaigns and content flowing.
Business Development & Bid Writing Support

Assist with drafting and submitting grant applications, bids, and proposals. Support in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents. Maintain a calendar of funding deadlines and opportunities.
Events & Networking

Liaise with organisations and individuals who invite the CEO to speak or attend events. Coordinate logistics for conferences, retreats, and workshops. Represent the CEO professionally in correspondence and at events when required.
Person SpecificationEssential Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting a senior leader. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confident in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) for coordination and communication. Experience with diary management, minute-taking, and meeting coordination. Ability to draft professional correspondence, reports, and proposals. Competent in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage. Professional, discreet, and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills.
Desirable

Experience in bid writing or fundraising support. Background in working with charities, community organisations, or faith-based projects. Flexibility to occasionally work evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 24,000.00-27,000.00 per year
