The role



If you are a highly organised and experienced administrator looking for your next career move, then St Edward's Oxford has an exciting opportunity for you.

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to play a pivotal role in the smooth running of the school, providing crucial secretarial and administrative support to the Deputy Heads (Pastoral and Welfare). You will support the day-to-day running of the Pastoral Office, by handling enquiries, drafting correspondence, minuting meetings and managing diaries on behalf of the Deputy Heads.

Additionally, you will assist with the administration and renewal of Child Student Visas. This will involve preparing CAS statements in support of applications, conducting the UKVI required "Right to Study" on pupils studying on school sponsored visas, while also maintaining up to date records of passports and necessary documentation for all international pupils.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a senior secretarial or PA role, who is capable of maintaining total professionalism, discretion and confidentiality. Excellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills are essential, along with strong IT skills and a familiarity with MS Office.
