Jeannine Manuel School is seeking a highly organised & proactive Personal Assistant to the Head of School. This is a pivotal role within a dynamic and fast-paced international school community, requiring exceptional multitasking abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to contributing positively to the school's mission.

About the Role

As Personal Assistant to the Head of School, you will:


Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Head of School. Proactively manage a busy calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and school events with precision. Liaise confidently with staff, students, families, and external stakeholders in both English and French. Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Anticipate needs, streamline processes, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Be a reliable point of contact, always ready to assist and problem-solve as challenges arise.

We are looking for someone who:

Is fluent in English (native level) with good proficiency in written and spoken French. Demonstrates exceptional organisational and time management skills. Can juggle multiple priorities with
accuracy, and remain calm under pressure.
Has a hands-on, can-do attitude and is always willing to go the extra mile to support colleagues and students. Is computer literate and confident using office and scheduling software. Shows warmth, professionalism, and discretion in all communications. Has a genuine interest in and enthusiasm for working in an educational setting.
