Job Description

Are you compassionate about supporting individuals with learning disabilities within their own homes?

Are you dedicated, passionate and hard working?

We are looking for the right person to join our team as a Community Supported Living Team to help us manage and grow our supported living service.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Assisting service users to access their communities.

Assisting service users with managing their finances.

Assisting service users to live a fulfilled independent life.

We are offering an excellent rate of pay.

Monday - Friday 12.00 per hour (Weekly pay)

45p per mile travelled

No weekend work involved in job role

The successful applicant will be enrolled into the NEST pension scheme.

Although not essential, it is desirable that applicants have a minimum of a level 2 qualification and a minimum of 1 years experience of working with adults with learning disabilities.
