Job Description

Are you passionate about supporting individuals living within our communities?
Are you dedicated, passionate and hard working?
We are looking for the right person to join our team as a Community Supported Living Team to help us manage and grow our supported living service.
Duties will include but are not limited to:

Respite Care

Assisting service users to access meaningful activities and resources.

Assisting service users to access their communities.

Assisting service users to attend appointments.

Assisting service users with managing their finances.

Assisting service users to live a fulfilled independent life.
We are offering an excellent rate of pay.
Monday - Friday 12.21 per hour (Weekly pay)
45p per mile travelled

Bank Holiday's paid at double time.

The successful applicant must have a full valid UK driving license and have full access to their own vehicle.

The successful applicant will be enrolled into the NEST pension scheme.
Although not essential, it is desirable that applicants have a minimum of a level 2 qualification and a minimum of 1 years experience of working with adults in the community.
