Overview

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated Homecare Assistants to join our friendly and ambitious team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities

Assist with meal preparation and provide nutritional guidance in line with care plans. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities. Support clients with mobility and transportation needs, including driving to appointments or social outings. Maintain accurate records of care and promptly report any changes in client condition. Follow individual care plans to ensure the highest standard of personalised care. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate services.

Qualifications

Previous experience in home care or a similar role is

advantageous but not essential

--full support is provided. Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with clients and families. A valid driving licence is desirable for roles involving client transportation. Basic IT skills to maintain client records are helpful. A caring, reliable, and professional approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
