One sleeping night per week (Mon-Thurs) 8pm-10am and Every other weekend Sat & Sun - 9-10am, 1-5pm, 8-9pm

-Female preferred

-12.31 (sleeping nights) 14 ph (day time)

-Manual Driving License, confident driving larger vehicles

-Must be Pet Friendly

-Candidate must be able to commute to and from Morton, Bourne, Lincolnshire.

-Must be flexible and open to covering holiday, additional hours available from 2026.

-Staff rotas are provided a minimum of 8 weeks in advance

Working with a kind, outgoing lady with cerebral palsy and other complex needs. A relaxed environment focused on person-centred care and empowerment for one individual. The individual's interests include shopping, music and socialising. All moving and handling is done as a double up with two carers or one carer & one family member.

```Duties:```
- Personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Peg feed (full training given)
- Administer medication
- Assist with housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up
- Take client to appointments and outings, driving their wheelchair accessible vehicle
- Client is nonverbal and uses communication aids. The client is very sociable and it is of the upmost importance that the carer engages in conversation, provides companionship and stimulation through outings, activities and getting to know the client. Full training will be given on communication aids.
- Monitor, record and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate supervisor

-Work well in a team, the team includes 4 carers and 2 family members, we work together to maximise true person-centred care while keeping the setting as close to a family home as possible.

-Be open and willing to learn: the job includes basic nursing task such as peg water change, suctioning, oxygen use, dressing changes and skin monitoring. Other tasks include physio.
