I'm looking for one or two people to join our team in providing support for a 27 year old male with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. He enjoys watching sports and spending time with family and aims to live independently within our family home
To assist with personal care and activities in and out of our home, no experience is necessary as all training will be given
You must have a full clean driving license and be able to confidently drive a medium size van
The hours are permanent over a four week rota, average 20 hours per week (approx) for two, 39 hours for one person
Shifts vary between 4 to 13 hours
Available Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and every other Sunday
Wednesday 7.30 to 11.30; Thursday 7.30 to 11.30; Friday 7.30 to 20.30; 14.20 per hour
Saturday 7.30 to 20.30; 15.20 per hour
Sunday 7.30 to 20.30; 16.20 per hour
All applicants must be willing to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check
Successful applicants will be entitled to Holiday pay and will be issued employment contracts.
