We live in central Oxford within cycling distance of the center.
Prefer a female with nurse/ care experience.
Full time employment would be provided .

The Carer will assist with: personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility, continence, medication support etc), meals, light domestic housekeeping, laundry, companionship, transport (if agreed)The Carer must live at the residence, be reasonably available to provide care and support, maintain a good standard of hygiene and cleanliness in their personal space and shared areas, respect the privacy, dignity and preferences of the care-recipient and the household, and act professionally.
The employee will work 3 weeks on 1 week off .

Duties
Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming to promote independence.
Support with mobility and transfer activities using appropriate techniques and equipment.
Help with meal preparation and feeding as required, ensuring dietary needs are met.
Administer medication following care plans and document all care activities accurately.
Accompany clients on outings or appointments, providing transportation if necessary.
Maintain detailed records of care provided and report any changes in health or behaviour to relevant professionals.
Support with household tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organising their living space.
Foster positive relationships through empathetic communication and active listening.
Skills
Previous experience providing home care is desirable.
Knowledge of care plans and ability to follow prescribed procedures accurately.
Proficiency in using basic IT systems for record keeping and communication purposes.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with families, and healthcare professionals.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
