Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques.
- Administer medications according to care plans and document accurately
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings as required
- Maintain open communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Follow care plans and adapt to changing needs of clients

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of English language is essential for effective communication with clients and team members
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
