The Role: Personal Claims Handler - Make a Real Difference

As a Personal Claims Handler, you will be the comforting voice our customers rely on. You will guide them through their warranty claims for furniture and electrical products, ensuring every interaction is handled with fairness and efficiency and a personal touch

What You Will Be Doing: Everyday Impact
Delivering a seamless and supportive claims experience by applying your knowledge of our warranty products.
Communicating with empathy and professionalism through calls and emails.
Managing your own caseload of claims, from initial assessment to final resolution.
Coordinating essential services like technician visits or product replacements.
Maintaining accurate and detailed records within our internal systems.
Collaborating effectively with your team and providing support to supervisors as needed.
Contributing your ideas to continuously improve our processes and customer service.
What We Are Looking For: Your Skills & Qualities
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable navigating Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry tools.
Experience with call centre or claims systems is a plus, but we are happy to train you!

Clear and confident communication, both in writing and verbally.
