Duties & responsibilities

Servicing of existing policies - assisting with changes and renewals and handling of claims Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Generation of leads and renewal dates for General Insurance plus Financial Services, Health and Safety advice (Risk Management) and our professional services suite of products Collection of payments Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.

About You

Be comfortable working in a regulatory & compliance based environment.

A desire to develop customer relationships & increase sales.

Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.

Have excellent interpersonal skills.

Be self-motivated, hardworking, and be able to work with your own initiative.

Ability to work both within a team and independently.

A positive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Have good computer skills and be able to work across various platforms.

Minimum of 5 GCSE's at Grade C or better (or equivalent) including Math's and English

Successful candidates will be required to complete training organised by NFU Mutual within an agreed timeframe.

This role falls under the Insurance Distribution Directive. This means there is a requirement for Continuous Professional Development in role, in addition to ongoing screening checks once in post.

Salary: Up to 30,000 per annum - Based on experience
