The Vacancy
Jen is looking for a Personal Development Worker to join her existing team in Newton Mearns. Jen is a sociable and fun-loving individual who enjoys:

Board games and jigsaws & arts and crafts Shopping trips and exploring local stores Chatting with her peers and making new friends Joining local clubs and getting involved in her community

Jen is keen to meet someone who shares her interests and can support her in building confidence, trying new activities, and expanding her social circle.

What You'll Do:

Support Jen in her day-to-day activities and personal goals Encourage and facilitate community involvement Help plan and take part in fun outings and hobbies Be a friendly companion and positive role model

What We're Looking For:

A caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual Someone who enjoys social activities and being part of a team Experience in support work is great, but not essential - we value the right attitude and personality most!
