Role Overview:
As a Personal Development Worker, you will support Arron in his community-based activities, helping him to enjoy his hobbies, discover new experiences, and build independence. This is a rewarding role for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and enjoys being active.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide person-centred support in the community.
Encourage and assist Arron in attending classes, clubs, and social outings.
Support Arron in exploring new places and cuisines.
Promote independence and positive experiences.

Flexible and committed to supporting Arron's goals.
Previous experience in support work is desirable but not essential - full training provided.
