The Vacancy
Are you passionate about supporting individuals to live their best lives? Amy is looking for a Personal Development Worker to join her vibrant team!


Amy has an outgoing personality and thrives on engagement with peers and staff. She loves arts and crafts, colouring in, playing games on her phone, shopping for trainers and watches, and completing jigsaws. Spending time with her family is very important to her, and she enjoys activities that bring fun and creativity into her day.


Your role will include:

Supporting Amy to enjoy her favourite hobbies and interests, including arts and crafts and jigsaw puzzles. Encouraging social interaction and engagement in activities that Amy loves. Assisting with outings, such as shopping trips for trainers and watches. Helping Amy maintain her independence and confidence in daily life. Supporting Amy to maintain her home to a good standard.

What we're looking for:



Someone friendly, patient, and enthusiastic about making a positive difference. A creative individual who enjoys arts and crafts and can share in Amy's interests. Good communication skills and a caring approach.
