Job Description
We have an exciting new opportunity to join our specialist Commercial Motor Claims Department in Carshalton, Surrey.
Due to our continued growth, we are looking for experienced Personal Injury Claims Handlers to manage a mixed portfolio of Official Injury Claims (OIC), Ministry of Justice (MOJ) and claims that are not in the portal.

: Competitive, dependent on experienceWhat you will be doing:
Proactive management approach to handle claims. Maintaining strong diary management. Ensuring your portfolio is realistically and accurately reserved in line with best practice and the earliest opportunity and referring those highlighted as exceeding authority. Understand when to utilise external suppliers to ensure the best outcome for the business with minimal claims spend. Maintain own technical knowledge through training. Directly reporting to the PI Claims Manager.
What we're looking for:
Proven capability of claims handling for both Portal and Non-Portal claims. Knowledge of credit hire preferable but not a requirement. At least 1+ years' experience in handling personal injury Claims in the Motor Insurance Industry. Strong, decisive, and confident communicator Self-motivated able to prioritise and work independently. Driven and enthusiastic - meets or exceeds targets. Accurate with a high level of attention to detail.
